Manufacturing Process
From material receipt to finished product, our workshop follows structured steps that support consistent FRP and steel fabrication work for customer projects.

01
Incoming Inspection
Materials and purchased parts are checked against project requirements before they enter production, so work can proceed with confirmed inputs.

02
Gel Coat Application
Gel coat is applied in the hand lay-up area to establish the surface finish and protect the laminate beneath.

03
Lamination
Fiberglass reinforcement and resin are built up in layers according to the part design, with attention to lay-up sequence and workmanship.

04
Grinding & Deburring
Edges and surfaces are trimmed, ground, and deburred so parts meet the agreed appearance and handling requirements.

05
Assembly (When Required)
When a project calls for it, sub-assemblies and hardware are fitted together before the product moves to final checks.

06
Daily Mold Inspection
Molds are reviewed as part of routine production care so surfaces and fixtures remain suitable for ongoing use.

07
Final Product Inspection
Finished items are reviewed against drawings and agreed requirements before release for packing or shipment.
