05 — Manufacturing Process

Manufacturing Process

From incoming inspection through gel coat application, lamination, grinding and deburring, final inspection, and shipment — manufactured in our China facilities under one integrated workflow.

    Drawing review

    Customer drawings and installation requirements are reviewed by engineering.

  2. 02

    Mold preparation

    Production molds are prepared for the specified product geometry.

  3. 03

    Lamination

    Glass reinforcement and resin are applied by hand lay-up or contact molding to design thickness.

  4. 04

    Cure & finishing

    Product is cured, demolded, trimmed, and gelcoat-finished per specification.

  5. 05

    Inspection & dispatch

    Dimensional and visual inspection, then labeling and preparation for shipment.
