Cooling Tower Components
Structural and functional FRP components for cooling tower assembly.
Overview
PROFIT DAY supplies FRP cooling tower components including structural support frames, water distribution channels, walkway sections, and custom pultruded profiles for tower assembly and refurbishment.
Pultruded and molded components are manufactured in China with vinyl ester or polyester resin systems. Standard and custom cross-sections are produced to OEM drawings with dimensional consistency across long production runs.

Manufacturing Process
From incoming inspection through gel coat application, lamination, grinding and deburring, final inspection, and shipment — manufactured in our China facilities under one integrated workflow.
- 01
Profile engineering
Cross-section and laminate schedule are defined per OEM drawing or structural requirement.
- 02
Roving & resin feed
Continuous E-glass roving and surface veil are fed into the resin bath for pultruded sections.
- 03
Pultrusion / molding
Profiles are pulled through heated dies or molded to shape for non-linear components.
- 04
Cutting & machining
Sections are cut to length and machined for bolt holes, slots, and assembly interfaces.
- 05
QA & packaging
Dimensional and visual inspection per project requirements. Parts labeled and prepared for shipment.
